I upgraded from Cubase Elements 12 to 13.0.30 yesterday. I have a group of drum beats that I created in Logic Pro that I have used with Cubase for many years. I’ve noticed with 13 that when I enable Musical Mode on these audio tracks they are stretching to twice the number of bars and play slowly. Even if I’m not changing the tempo of the original files. Did something change with Musical Mode in 13 or are there additional settings that I need to be aware of so that they follow the tempo change properly? I’m assuming they have the tempo information in the files given that they work with 12 and other DAW’s.
