Cubase Elements 13 crash everytime i close channel settings

Hi,

As the title says, i run Cubase Elements 13 on windows 11, it worked fin for about a month, and since last week everytime i’m working and i want to close the channel settings… it crashes.

I don’t know what to do, i can’t produce anymore, and i never got the mail when i sended a ticket…

In the mean time, could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

Or even could you try to rename/remove your Cubase preferences folder (or even all Cubase versions preferences folders)?

Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Cubase X_64
