I have tried downloading the trial installer for Elements 8 on OS X more than 20 times over the past week and, every time, said download fails with a “connection was lost” message upon reaching the 1GB mark.
Thinking at first that it may have been a browser issue, I tried alternatives to Safari with exactly the same result.
I’ve sent a couple of emails to support but just thought I’d mention it here to see if they’re more likely to notice and can give some idea of a solution.
