Under Windows 7 and up, soft-eLicenser is only work in Administrator mode because repairing soft-eLicenser is only work in that mode. So if I run Cubase Elements as other modes it cannot find License.
This may not be a severe problem, but it made a severe problem. I’ll describe the problem in another issue.
