Cubase Elements - Sample Transpose / Pitch Shifting

Hi - Very new user.

I there a way in Cubase Elements to adjust the pitch / transpose an audio sample that is in an audio track? The only way I have been able to do this is to set up a sample track.

When using another DAW, opening up the “sample editor” there was a +/- transpose option by cents and by octave. (See image) Wondering if there is anything similar or if that would be in another version of Cubase.

I think you would need Artist to have that function?

I was able to do this by selecting the sample and using the “Info Line”
