1 : In the logic external plugin, the latency detection Ping feature needs to be brought in, this is very important hardware we use.
2: this plugin needs to come with wet dry feature like in studio one pipelinext
What does latency ping do that is any different from measure delay in Cubase external FX?
I’m 99% sure that “measure delay” is the same as “latency ping.” They do the same thing - send a signal burst to the hardware and back and calculate the difference in time.
However, I would agree about having a wet/dry control on the insert plugin window itself, that would be very nice.
In the meantime you can always set up the hardware on a send set to pre-fader, and then that way you effectively have separate wet & dry controls. I realize it’s not the same and not as convenient, but it’s at least a solution for now.
Oh…I’m 100% sure. But OP presumably doesn’t agree.
