Cubase guitar recording effects

Hello,
I have a problem related to recording guitar amp effects.
I have spider V 30 amp connected to PC using usb cable on Cubase LE AI Elements 9.5 with Generic Low Latency ASIO Drivers.

For now when I record guitar sound it only records sound on some specific volume level and effects that are probably set up in cubase itself, it doesn’t recognize volume or effects set on spider amp no matter which I choose.

Is it somehow possible to record sound as I hear it on the spider amp instead of modifying effects directly in the cubase?

Cubase will record whatever the amp is sending, if you have FX playing on the amp that are not being recorded then check the amp manual for how to include those.
The level is likely to be tapped before the main amp volume so yeah, I wouldn’t expect the main volume of amp to affect recorded volume.

The manual just says to connect amp to pc and use spider V remote app that has all effects in it which I use

Are you absolutely sure they aren’t already being recorded. If you record in mono but the FX are stereo you might lose a lot of the effect for example.

Thank you!
That was it, I had mono audio track and when I created stereo audio track I can use my effects now correctly
