Cubase 12 has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Closing Cubase 12 after loading a cpr created with older cubase versions makes Cubase 12 crash. This also happened in Cubase 11, I could live with that. Just restart Cubase 11, ignore the nag screen and viola: Cubase 11 is running again.
Now with cubase 12 a restart is impossible (see windows message above), first I have to restart Windows 10.
