Cubase hangs when using Valhalla VintageVerb in Direct Offline Processing

Cubase hangs when using Valhalla VintageVerb in Direct Offline Processing in both 10.5.10 and 10.0.50. Have spoken with one other person who can reproduce this.

Anyone else able to reproduce this?

I can repro this also with Delay (VST3), but not with Room (VST2).

Hi!

When will this be fixed?! Just wanted to bump this thread cause it’s bothering me a lot at the moment not being able to use valhalla delay in DOP…

the problem has been reported to Valhalla, according to development this cannot be fixed our side, sorry.

I just lost a load of work because of this bug (Valhalla Vintage Verb). Direct Offline Processing must be used with caution! It’s annoying but you have to try and remember to save before applying…
Soundspot Ravage is another one which causes the same crash for me.
