Cubase LE 12 - No Licenses Found

Hi,
I received the Cubase le 12 along with my audient ID14. I followed all steps and redeemed my download access code—downloaded Cubase LE 12 from the download assistant. I can also see my soft e-licenser key in my e-licenser control panel. However, after installing Cubase, it shows me the same error: “No Licences Found.”

I have searched the forums for similar issues and have tried all basic workaround, but I am still facing the same problem.

Please help me find a way to sort out the license problem.

Hi,

Are you sure, it’s Cubase 12 license?

Hi, Martin! the e-licenser shows its a Cubase LE license. Officially audient has cubase le 11. However, i have installed both Le 11 and 12 from download manager. It still has the same problem.

Hi,

Cubasr LE 11 has to be activated via eLCC. Then you should get free update to Cubase LE 12. If you don’t get it while activating Cubase LE 11, you should get an email. If this doesn’t happen, get in contact with your local Steinberg support and ask for the update code, please.

I have the same problem with LE 11, after installing and activating it from the elcc it still shows no licenses found. It’s so confusing and frustrating at the same time.

Even after installing cubase LE 11 and activating through eLCC it shows me no licenses found.

Same problem with EVO 4. Any solution to this?

Hi,

Most probably you got Cubase LE 11 license. Get in contact with your local Steinberg support and ask for the update code.

I have this exact problem too. I emailed the local Steinberg support group (Yamaha Australia) several days ago but they have not responded. Is there any other solution you could recommend?

Edit: Following the advice of an earlier reply to this thread, I installed Cubase 11, and the license allows me to run this program. However, I did not receive an email containing a code to update to Cubase 12.

As I mentioned, the local Steinberg support group are not responsive. So if anyone from the Steinberg team is reading this and could help me by providing me with a code, then I would greatly appreciate it.

But why it doesn’t appear Cubase 11 in The download manager? Local support seems like a no go for what i’ve read on this forums.

I’m still willing to give Cubase a chance but seems too much for a simple software install…

Hi,

Because it expects you are going to download the latest version.

I would say our depends at your location.

Thanks! Cubase 11 LE is up a running. Any suggestion for the update code to Cubase 12 without ‘‘Local Support’’

Hi,

Can rise the support ticket on your MySteinberg account? Where are you located, please?

Lima/Perú

Hi,

I sent you Private Message.

Hi Martin, please would you private message me with the instructions for how to get the Cubase 12 license too?

I do not have the option to raise a ticket in MySteinberg, the only available action is to email local support. I did this, but it has been over a week and there has been no reply. So if you would help me then I would really appreciate it.
