Cubase LE 14 - enable VST2?

Hi there, any ideas how I can turn on searching for VST2 plugins? I understand they’re being phased out but in Cubase 14 you’re able to enable them in the VST plugin manager - this button isn’t visible in my version of LE 14.

I’m trying to use Glitch2, a VST I purchased recently. I’m also using a Mac, latest operating system.

Afaik, but a windows user, it is not available in native arm mode, but might be on Rosetta.
