Cubase LE 6 and Cubase AI 6‏

Hi, I have a few questions, I got the Cubase LE 6 with a Zoom R8 multi-track recorder, and I installed the Cubase LE 6, and is working fine, then I got a Yamaha MX49 keyboard, and came with the Cubase AI 6, when I tried to install it, I got a message that is already installed, my questions are:

  1. Why I got the message that is already installed?
  2. Whats the difference between LE 6 and AI 6?
  3. Can I use one of them for the Zoom R8 and the Yamaha MX49?
  4. On my desktop the shortcut says "Cubase LE AI Elements 6, what does it means?
  5. Are I goin to get same updates, or use same plug-ins, vst or interfaces?

Hello,

The disc you have also includes AI6. Their are minor difference between those versions. The reason to use AI6 for you would be the extended functionality for the Yamaha. The plugins would be the same.
