Cubase LE 7 Download Access Code Issue

Dear Moderator,

I just bought a Focusrite bundle and obtained an activation code to download Cubase LE7.
However, after I key in the download access code on the website, it said that my code has been used by other user.
FYI, my product is brand new, so I believe the code is not suppose to be activated.

I’m also having the same issue. Bought a Focusrite Sacrlett Solo Studio Pack and my Cubase LE code has been used by another user.

Hopefully someone from Steinberg sees this and can help resolve the issue.
