Cubase LE 8 64-bit has stopped working (32 bit works)

Hi

I’m new to Cubase. Just got Cubase LE 8 after I bought the M-Audio M-Track Plus.

The 64-bit version of my Cubase won’t work (after I click on the desktop icon it throws out the message “Cubase has stopped working”. The 32-bit version on the other hand, works flawlessly.

Before this, I had the “error 1603” problem with the 64-bit installation, but I solved this after I updated my Cubase with the Steinberg Installion Updater.

I would really appreciate help on this matter.
