I recently had to format my PC, and with it the installation went away, too.
When I tried to reinstall, I see that all of MySteinberg account details (Name, software registered, etc), were missing, and I can’t reactivate anything.
Thoughts? Help? Everything is appreciated…
This is a user forum so there is not much we can do.
A few thoughts though…
- Do you have more than one MySteinberg account? Maybe you have another using a different email.
- Try submitting a support request through your MySteinberg account.
