Hello mates. Some days ago my old laptop crashed down and i purchased a new one. I need to activate my purchased Cubase LE AI Elements 11 on my new laptop but i cannot find a way via the e-licence CC to transfer the license to my new laptop. I know the service closed some days ago, and I saw that i cannot even open a ticket to support team as the version is unsupported. Is there a way to activate the product one the new laptop or do i need to purchase the newest version 14?

I’m afraid but there is no way to reactivate this license, because it was a Soft-eLicenser.
Edit: I just saw you have Cubase Elements license. That should be able to update to the latest release. Try to contact support to verify this

@Matthias_Quellmann is there a way to reactivate Cubase LE 11 on my new laptop? To be honest, is a little strange that a purchased product cannot be activated to a new machine 4 years after the purchase date, it is not too long

LE updates are free, you just need to request LE14 license. Matthias may get back to you if you’re lucky…though I’m guessing they are likely pretty busy since the elicenser shutdown.
But your Elements is unuseable unless you purchase an update now.
