Cubase LE AI Elements 12 quit unexpectedly

I have reinstall several time
and every time its startup, the Cubase will quit unexpectedly, and on 2nd try onward the message as displayed above is showing,
Is there anyone that could help me resolve this matter?

Hi and welcome to the forum,

Please make sure you have the latest HAKion Sonic 7 installed from the Steinberg Download Assistant.

If it’s still crashes with the latest update, attach the *.ips file, please.

Hi,

The crash is in HALion Sonic SE. But I can see there is HALion Sonic SE 2.0.3.94 installed. Please uninstall (delete) it.

Hi,

It’s simple, just delete the Application/component/file. :wink:

HALion Sonic 2 is treated as a plug-in or component in Cubase.

Ok this is kinda embarrassing, pardon me for being so illiterate on this matter, but I cannot find the Component file under application :sweat_smile:

Sorry I can’t find the components folder anywhere
is it on another folder or something?
