I have just purchased and installed Cubase 13 Elements. When I try to run the program I get a “No License found” error. I have entered the Download Access code as supplied when I purchased this software. So I don’t understand why the program will not run. Please can somebody advise me as to how do I obtain and install the relevant license to use with this program.

You need to start the Activation Manager, login to your Steinberg Account and then press the Activate button to enable the license.

I have already done this several times but the program still will not run.
Hi JuergenP , I have done as you said but I still get a "No License error message. I have included a photo of the Activation screen.
