Not quite sure about those arguments.
People lie all the time about all sorts of things. Not a lot ANYBODY can do about that.
eg the person who lies to support that they’re running Windows 11 when they’re running Windows XP (LOL).
RE Driver support: The fact that lots of audio hardware vendors including Yamaha already support class compliant mode for ipads and android devices indicates not only interest but active engagement with multiple platform support.
