Curious if anyone uses Cubase6 as a host for a live keyboard rig; say pre-loading 8 Kontakt instruments. How do you, for instance, change a patch, midi channel or maybe track switching?
Does anyone has any useful info? I sure would appreciate the help.

It is possible to use Cubase this way.
You can send all MIDI data, so you can use Program Change for changing sounds, for example. You can make your own markers, and play just very short parts for settings of your whole system.
Of course, there are different applications, which was made especial for live shows.
