Cubase loops and samples missing?

Hi Using Cubase Artist 11 and Apple Mac M1

As mentioned on previous post new to cubase, daw’s and this forum

I downloaded the loops and samples from cubase. The icons are there but no content. When opening up cubase do you need to choose recording before the content shows? I think I selected empty.

I have taken a couple of screen shots. Thank you in advance for any help or advice given.

You have to deselect Sub Category or reset attribute filter to show all loops in this content / library
