Sirs after updating Cubase 15 Elements to 15.0.30 , and halion to 7.5 program no longer opens ,I have faults, Skin not found and could not load GUI resorces any help would be appreciated

This probably indicates a reinstall is needed I would start by uninstalling Cubase from Programs and Features control panel (Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features) and reinstalling.
Let us know if that’s the fix.
NB: (needing to reinstall is rare with Cubase since it can reinitialize itself when launched in Safe Mode.)
I uninstalled it and re-installed but still not opening.
Is it possible to start Cubase as admin ?
Maybe uninstall Halion..then try and open Cubase.
Sorry for the delay ,and thanks for the info ,I thought i would wait see what tech support said, so far i have been told my computer is not optimized for Audio ? I ran cubase 5 , and all newer verions of Cubase 14, 15 elements and pro with no problem ,dosent make sence to me.
