Cubase -> Nuendo Crossgrade Quetsion

I’ve had no reply from my Steinberg support ticket perhaps someone here on the forum might be able to help me.

Hi - I bought a crossgrade code a few years ago that I have not used.

It was a crossgrade offer from Cubase Pro 10.5 to Nuendo 10.3.

When I put the activation code into the eLicensing software it tells me that I don’t have any products on my USB dongle that can be crossgraded.

Can you explain the situation to me please.

Hi Stan,

You have updated your Cubase in the meanwhile to Cubase 11, 12 and 13. That’s why the crossgrade can’t find the Cubase Pro 10.5 license on your USB eLicenser. You will have to wait for the reply from the support team. They can give you a new crossgrade license from Cubase 13 to Nuendo 13.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve read somewhere here on the forum that I will still be able to use cubase Pro 13 after the corssgarde. Is this correct ?

yes, this is correct.

→ Two independent user licenses, two separate upgrade paths.
(since Cubase Pro 12 / Nuendo 12).
Restriction: this crossgrade is possible only once per Cubase Pro license.

Update - My original question was sent to Steinberg support and acknowledged on the 25th April ticket ID# 625380- I have since been invited to open another support ticket , as Steinberg are “busy”. I have done so on the 25th May - ticket ID# 630839 - to date I have still had no reply.
How long is an acceptable period of time to wait ? What should my next steps be with regards to getting my paid for crossgrade to Nuendo?
