The bottom line, despite the system requirements page, is that yes you can run Cubase 12 on Mojave… possibly with caveats-- check out this thread. I’m on Nuendo, and don’t know if the problematic plugins described in the thread apply to Cubase.
But I’ve run Nuendo 12 nicely on both Mojave and Catalina, and others here on the forum are doing the same.
