I get, included with my training ( student), a pro 10.5 version Education.
My Elicenser is indicating on the top « Time left 25h » 
Is there realy a Time limitation ?
Is it possible to upgrade for no limitations ? ( if necessary)
Will it be possible to upgrade for new version, how?

If you donˋt have a valid license - yes.
First of all you need a valid license.
Educational editions have no time- or functional limits, but limitations in commercial use of the products created with an educational version.
