I need some help, my existing computer blue screened before xmas and the windows 10 O.S was not redeemable, I did have Marcrium back ups but that failed too!! so lost everything.
I have had a new Windows 11 machine built and I am now trying to rebuild all my stuff.
My elicenser shows all my full licences, but the activation manager is not accepting my activation code created from my original Download Access Code…stating it has been used before, well of course it has it was me!

Could someone advise me where I go to sort this, in terms of how/what I need to do. Its a total nightmare and I don’t know what will happen when the elicenser closes .
I just want get installed again, still have Native instruments to recover too!

The Actvation Manager has nothing to do with Cubase 10.5, it is used from Cubase 12 onwards. Entering some old codes does not do anything, because they are all one time codes. If you enter them once they are used.

In your case all you need is the eLicenser and if that shows your licenses you are good to go. What happens if you try to run Cubase 10.5, it should simply start. Just make sure you download everything via the Download Assistant and logged in using your Steinberg profile account.
