Cubase Pro 10 - Missing vst's, can't update, what Is going on?

So, I have been away from my music computer for a year or so. Started it again today and was going to do a new project but something is off. Half the VST’s are missing, I can’t update anything, it says no internet connection is available. Seems quite a lot of the other apps are missing too, like padshop, and drums and allt the other stuff that was included in the install.
I downloaded the Steinberg Download Assistant but, it is basically empty. Nothing under My Products. I downloaded the Steinberg Library Manager and there are a few libraries there but far from allt he ones I used to have. I have an eLiccenser but as far as I understand Steinberg doesn’t support that anymore.
Just to be clear. I can start the app (Cubase 10.0.50 pro) fine, no problems but so much is missing.

Any tips for me? (No, I can’t afford to update to newer versions)
Appreciate any help!

Install the new activation manager and download assistant and sign into both

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Good news - you have your USB elicenser so you are safe. It would even be better to have your version registered in your “MySteinberg” account in case you want to update your Cubase version at some time in the future and your neighbour’s dog ate your USB eLicenser.

You could go through a lot of single motions to retrieve all your instruments (depending on the initial reason why your VSTs went missing) OR you could just download everything in one go and do a clean reinstall.
First, save your presets, preferences whatever you want to keep and then deinstall your current Cubase version. Afterwards, just download everything here in one go using the full installer:
