Cubase Pro 10, sound gaps in playback or in mixed down audio

I have cubase 10 pro and Windows 10. It happens that during the playback of my track and during audio mixdown, sounds gaps occur or some instruments disappear. I have already made the performance enhancement on my pc, activated the Steinberg Audio Power Scheme, checked the Asio-Guard box and increased the buffer size. The bars relating to audio performance (Real time, ASIO-Guard, peak , Disk Cache) are in the green zone and have no peaks (unlike before when all the previous settings were not applied). However, the problem persists. I use my synth sound card with the Yamaha Montage 8 integrated sound card and use Yamaha Steinberg drivers.
What can I do to avoid this?

Could you test your system by using LatencyMon utility, please?

Do you export in real-time or offline, please?
