Cubase pro 11: how do I rid the persistent mic icon in UI

I am using Cubase 11, and everwhere I hover the mouse, I see a mic icon super-imposed on the text. I wish I could paste a picture of it here. Well, if you know what the icon is, and how I can get rid of it, please let me know.

Hi, this was solved by one of your cohorts. It was an icon from Nvidia. I had to use the Nvidia control panel to get rid of it.
