Is it possible to install the full 9.5 pro and have Cubase 9.0.3 pro unaffected like separate install

Ok thanks so i just install the the 9.5 update and i will acces
to 9.0.3 and 9.5?

It will install in a separate folder and use the shared media.
In other words you will end up with a new C9.5 full install, and your C9 install will be left alone, so you can still use it.
All the media files are shared between them as they have a different install path than the Cubase specific files.
