Anyone on Mac needing to increase their buffer sizes to avoid crackling with Cubase Pro 9 with projects that played fine with 8.5?
I have to increase buffer size to 128 or 256 samples with projects that played fine in Cubase 8.5 with 32 or 64 samples buffer size.
A weird thing that I noticed though is that moving the project window around makes the crackling go away.
I made a support request to Steinberg about this with screen capture video.
Yes, and random hickups that wasn’t there with 8.5.
