Cubase Pro access Code

Hello,

I received a Pro 10.5 upgrade access code with the steinberg interface which included AI. I have managed to register the license with my usb key activate AI but the access code for Pro keeps giving me a doesn’t exist error 404 whenever entered on the steinberg website in order to generate the license code… I don’t know what else to do!

Any help appreciated.

We do the license activation in the eLCC application, not in the MySteinberg account.
