I purchased license when it came out. Didn’t like it. Trying again after latest update.
It locks up at opening screen ’ Scanning VST Plug-ins’. eLicenser up to date and ran ‘maintenance’.
Cubase 9 loads fine. Waited for an hour. Restart, then tried again. Nothing…
Any ideas?

I have only Intel HD 4600 graphics card. Runs all three monitors so not sure this is the issue.
I am confused why this does not work now, when it did before. No hardware changes since last time. Maybe a couple of VST’s added, but I don’t see why that would make a difference.
