Hello. I have Cubase 9 and wanted to find out if the scoring function can separate parts for choirs (S.A.T.B.) on individual staffs.

In the Score Settings > Staff > Polyphonic you can choose a Staff Mode, for example Polyphonic. This should do the job.
If it’s separate staves you need, use the Explode function.
