Cubase sends out white noise!!! [SOLVED]

Hi!
After updating to 8.0.10 Cubase now sends out white noise in intervals. Almost like a copy protection.
What can it be and how do I solve it?

Hope someone has a clue.

Best regards / DrHans

Sounds more like a driver issue with your interface…

It very well might be copy protection but most likely from one of your own VSTs. Sometimes these get goofed up during a Cubase update. So make sure you don’t have any VSTs activated. You didn’t mention your system specs but on windows sometimes “Run as administrator” gets reset. So check that too for Cubase and all your VSTs if on windows. Next time please list your system information. Thanks.

HI thanks for trying to help.
Im PC with windows 8.1
The interface im using is a Midas m32 (DN32-USB KLark teknik)

The thing is that Cubase 8 sends out this white noise even with no project loaded (so it cant be a plugin).
Cubase 7.5 does not have that issue.

Any ideas?

I have contacted Steinberg but they havent got back to me.

Well, plugs can still be loaded to Control Room with no project loaded.

Yes they can!
And that was the problem, the Control room plugin spots just sliped my mind.
A plugin where Active and the license needed to be updated.

Thank´s for helping me out!
