I bought an Audient iD4 audio interface and have redeemed my included Cubase LE 12 software. I followed the instructions on the Audient website. I downloaded the Steinberg Download Assistant and Cubase did not appear in My Product Downloads as the instructions said it would. I then entered my download access code for Cubase and tried to download Cubase LE 12. I opened it and it said there was no activated licence found. I then retried it and Cubase no longer appears in My Products on the Steinberg website.
Please run the Steinberg Activation Manager and make sure that you’re signed-in to your MySteinberg. Your Cubase LE 12 license should appear there.
Yes I have checked the Steinberg Activation Manager and it says ‘No Licences Found’ under all three tabs and says to activate it in the Steinberg download assistant which I have already done.
