Cubase support email not responding


I want to transfer my license to another user and have gone through the wizard and emailed details

However I’m worried because the last email/ticket I created had no response and was closed 3 months later

Has anyone had any experience transferring licenses and how long does this normally take for a response from support?



Did you use your local Steinberg support, please? Where are you located?

located in the UK but the person I want to transfer to is located abroad. Didn’t know that made a difference.
