Cubase Support Team

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Steinberg Support for helping me thru my account access hurdles, update purchase and account swapping in order to use cubase on the road in a last minute road booking. (protools has been not well with the updates on my systems… but thats not there fault as the plugins were making me update before PT’s was ready)
My Steinberg ticket was opened March 15 2023, and they stood with me until everything was sorted (about a day or 2 ago (April 10 2023)

Nice to hear this , i had the same , constant issues with a newer build and Steinberg kept an open ticket until everything that was causing an issue was rectified . Contacted them on a Friday afternoon and received contact back on the Monday morning .
