You can download the disc from the Steinberg ftp site ftp://ftp.steinberg.net/Download/Cubase_4/Cubase_SX_3_VST_Song_Conversion/

You do not need a serial, it is embedded into your dongle

There is also other content on the FTP site relevant to SX3
