Cubase VST Song import in Cubase Elements 7

Hi,

I would like to import old Cubase songs (.all) and arrangements (.arr) in Cubase Elements 7.
I have seen the solution in the locked topic at the top of this forum, but I notice this explicitly mentions that this is a solution for Cubase 7 and Cubase 7 Artist, while Elements 7 is not mentioned. Also, I notice in the manuals of the linked SX3/SL3/SE3 versions that these all require the hardware license key, while Elements 7 uses the Soft-eLicenser.
So does the suggested solution also work for Elements 7? Or if not, is there an alternative solution?
