Cubase Written Support Very Slow

Dear users,

is it normal for written Cubase support issues (Internal Issues system) to have unanswered questions (“open status”) for as long as 1 month or might their support system simply not functioning correctly ? - maybe I should open a new ticket with the same question?

What issue are you having?

I don’t know if normal, but there are multiple similar threads on the forum (here’s the latest, Terrible customers service - Steinberg Lounge - Steinberg Forums ), so there is probably something to what you are writing.
