Does the Steinberg plugin midigate have presets? If so in what folder or file do I find them…currently have no presets…

Do you mean Context Gate MIDI Insert? Yes, there are presets. Same as other presets, the are stored in the preferences folder (%appData% Steinberg/Cubase 10 on Windows or ~Library/Preferences/Cubase 10 on Mac) in the Presets/MidiContextGate folder.
I don’t know what context gate is but it’s a plugin supplied by Steinberg in cubaseAi10…its called midigate.here’s some images if it…you can see there are no presets…
