Cubasis 2.2 w/UR22MKII—Muffled Electric Guitar Sound

I’m using the following:

Cubasis 2 for iPad
UR22MKII
Epiphone Casino
iPad (latest gen) connected via camera kit

When I track guitar into CB the sound is very muffled and low. I have the gain on MKII set to about 75%, guitar volume on 10. That is when the guitar is plugged into Input Channel 1

On input Channel 2, there is no sound out at all

What am I doing wrong?
