I’ve been getting into the automation editor. Volume automation mainly. It is a fantastic system but one thing irritates me a little and this is a touch screen thing rather than a Cubasis fault.
When touch/holding and automation marker to make an adjustment you cant see the marker any more and moving it accurately is made impossible by your own fat finger.
I’ve a scanning app called Genius Scan. When is scans a document and tries to define the corners it also puts in its best estimation of crop marks. When touching and holding these to fine adjust you have a similar issue. However Genius Scan shows a pop up window (circle) away from where your finger is showing a zoomed representation of the edit your making. really, really useful.
Would make editing so much easier if something like this happened in Cubasis for moving automation markers, fade in/outs etc.
