Cubasis 3.3.2 not including all midi tracks in mixdown?

I have created 16 MIDI tracks, when I mixdown, 4 or 5 tracks are empty, what gives?

Please provide us with more details, about your mixdown problem.
Do you use IAA or AU instruments, are those not corretly loaded (AU rack appears black) etc.?
