In previous testings, the UR44 worked fine with several Android devices. However, the performance and available options of Cubasis for Android are strongly related to the Android device in use.
Below please find a few things to try.

- Try a different USB cable
- Use a high-quality USB-B to USB-C cable instead of the OTG adapter
- Close all apps
- Restart the device
- Try both sequences: First start Cubasis, then connect the UR44, or vice versa.
- Update Android
- Disable Setup / Audio / Studio Quality
- Is the UR44 selectable in Setup / Audio under Output Device and Input Device?
