I just updated to the iPad Pro 13” (M5). I own all of Cubasis IAP. Cubasis 3 only downloaded some, now it tells me no WiFi connection when I clearly have one. I am typing this on my iPad. It won’t even let me download the free plugins like roomworks.

We’re not aware of any issues in this area.
Please try the following steps:
- Close all apps, including Cubasis.
- Fully shut down the iPad.
After restarting the iPad and Cubasis, does everything work as expected?
If the problem persists, you might also try:
- Logging out and back into your iTunes account.
- Rebooting your Wi-Fi router.

Hello, thanks for the reply but it did not resolve the issue. I also open a ticket with Apple asking why my IAP are showing buy in cubasis but shows purchased when I go to the app store. Cubasis is definitely not connecting. I have several mobile DAWS from the app store on my iPad and cubasis is the only one not connecting and updating.
Just in case someone is unable to restore some of your IAP in cubasis after buying a new iPad in the future, here is the solution I used:
- If the purchase was bought in Cubasis 2, redownload Cubasis 2.
- Restore purchase in Cubasis 2
- Transer purchase in Cubasis 2 to Cubasis 3. The option is in Cubasis 2.
- Open Cubasis 3, and your purchases will be restored.

@BruhLuuh Hello, I think there is a glitch or bug although not officially acknowledged. What I did: I kept trying to log in, maybe 10 or 15 times, and when I received the error in my screen capture above, I let my iPad sit on the error screen about five minutes without pushing anything. My hope was that Cubasis 3 would keep trying to connect in the background. After about the 10th or 15th time of me doing this (trying to log in and letting it sit on the error screen) the screen flashed, and Cubasis 3 connected and updated my purchases on its own.
It is not a ‘technical‘ thing I did but hopefully it can work for you. After Cubasis 3 updated my purchases, I followed my directions above to send my remaining purchases from Cubasis 2 to Cubasis 3. I hope it helps and work out for you.
