Cubasis 3 No WiFi connection

I just updated to the iPad Pro 13” (M5). I own all of Cubasis IAP. Cubasis 3 only downloaded some, now it tells me no WiFi connection when I clearly have one. I am typing this on my iPad. It won’t even let me download the free plugins like roomworks.

Hi @tdms,

We’re not aware of any issues in this area.

Please try the following steps:

  • Close all apps, including Cubasis.
  • Fully shut down the iPad.

After restarting the iPad and Cubasis, does everything work as expected?

If the problem persists, you might also try:

  • Logging out and back into your iTunes account.
  • Rebooting your Wi-Fi router.

Hello, thanks for the reply but it did not resolve the issue. I also open a ticket with Apple asking why my IAP are showing buy in cubasis but shows purchased when I go to the app store. Cubasis is definitely not connecting. I have several mobile DAWS from the app store on my iPad and cubasis is the only one not connecting and updating.

Just in case someone is unable to restore some of your IAP in cubasis after buying a new iPad in the future, here is the solution I used:

  1. If the purchase was bought in Cubasis 2, redownload Cubasis 2.
  2. Restore purchase in Cubasis 2
  3. Transer purchase in Cubasis 2 to Cubasis 3. The option is in Cubasis 2.
  4. Open Cubasis 3, and your purchases will be restored.
