You are right there, a similar comparison with sewing machines would be a basic hand operated machine compared to an electric zig-zag double needle automatic machine.
Sadly you missed the May Cyber Sale when Cubasis had 40% off and 50% off IAP’s, the sale before that was in November 2022, so it may be worth hanging on a while
