Whats going on with the Cubasis sale?
I made purchases of the in app features throughout the month of October. Not for nothing, but I paid full price for all the different plugins throughout that month. It’s a slap in the face to customers that it goes on sale not only for Black Friday but also for the rest of the foreseeable future. I spent 122$ on the plugins from Oct 22 to Oct 29. They could now be purchased for 61$ Canadian. I also spent money on the original purchase of Cubasis 3 which is now 40% off. Is there any support for partial refunds on users that supported the company?

From time to time we offer discounts for our apps and/or available in-app purchase.
Cubasis for iOS is distributed via the Apple App Store, Cubasis for Android is distributed via the Google Play Store. While both stores do offer partial refunds, you may check the options for a refund your purchases.

Hey Lars, they told me at Apple when I reached out that they have a 30 day window on this sort of thing. They suggested that I reach out to the app developer, which is why I have made a post on the forum. Is there anything that you and your team could do to make this right as i have spent 2x more than the customer that purchased a few weeks later.

Unfortunately, only Apple is able to refund app purchases (as stated in their support article). In addition, they do not offer services such as partial refunds or similar.
