Cubasis 3 signature data

I’m new to Cubasis 3, although I’ve been using Cubase since the late 90s. I’ve created a project with a bunch of time signature changes, and want to select them and slide them and all the associated midi data over so I can add an intro. Is there a way to do this?

I’m using an M1 iPad Pro running 18.5.

As far as I know there is currently no ‘insert x bars’ features present so the only way to do this is to select everything and manually move the events to create some space.
